The Austin Country Club has a ten year lease oT the grounds' at $500.00 a year. xk3. BECAUSE We arfe proud of our city and its pure water supply. BECAUSE 4. It is a delightful spot where men, women and children can have rest, healthful recreation arid clean, enjoyable sports. V# BECAUSE 5. A reasonable donation from each now will give us a Club House this Spring that we will use and be proud of for years to come. BECAUSE 'V4 7. One man has offered to pay one-third the cost of the building if we would raise two-thirds. BECAUSE 8. We would be a bunch of dead ones if we let this offer get away. BECAUSE 9. The women of Austin have volunteered to raise the money to furnish and decorate the Club House, .... .. -v M\ BECAUSE 10. We believe that Austin's men are game enough go down to. less! in their pockets and grab this opportunity. 11.
