We find thait these bonds can be sold now on the market only at a discount. This amounts to $3.00 per hundred which the man receiving the Bonus will agree to pay. We are reprinting a clipping herewith which is a statement by Mr. Vernon, Department Commander of the American Legion for Minnesota and which he advises a charge not to exceed $3 75 per $100.00 as a fair discount.
